OpenSQL is a common dialect of SQL that is implemented by the Enterprise Access servers and is used by the client to access data in supported DBMS systems.
• OpenSQL is based on SQL92 entry with Ingres specific extensions.
• All OpenSQL statements are part of native Ingres SQL dialect.
