Working with Opportunities and Quotes
Opportunities track and manage proposed deals in Salesforce. The Opportunity object allows you to see key details about sales, including the account, contacts, products, and prices associated with the deal. Opportunities also provides the ability to:
Log calls made with the contacts
Add additional products as the deal progresses
Update the prices to the products
Create tasks and activities associated with the Opportunity
Send and archive emails to the Opportunity contacts
In this section, you will learn how to create an Opportunity and Quote, which will enable you to generate a Sales Order in NetSuite using the NetSuite CRM Connector.
