Running an Application
OpenROAD provides two utilities that let you run applications outside the visual development environment:
RunDBApp utility
Runs an application that is stored in a database.
For more information, see Run an Application from the Database Using the RunDBApp Utility (see Run an Application from the Database Using the RunDBApp Utility).
RunImage utility
Runs an application that is stored in an image file.
For more information, see Run an Application from an Image Using the RunImage Utility (see Run an Application from an Image Using the RunImage Utility).
Note:  If you want to edit and compile user classes while you are running the application they belong to, you must start Workbench using the RelaxCompile appflag. For more information, see Start OpenROAD Workbench from the Windows Command Prompt (see Start OpenROAD Workbench from the Windows Command Prompt).
