Actian warehouse has a built-in dbadmingrp group. The warehouse creator and a warehouse’s dbuser (see Set the dbuser Connection Password) are by default members of this group.

Adding users to this group assigns read/write privileges to the sample data. Users who are not assigned to this group may view the data, reference this data, or copy it, but they cannot delete or update the sample data.

Members of the dbadmingrp may also create their own data sets and tables.
