Analytics Engine can be configured for high availability using the Red Hat Cluster Suite. This requires that Analytics Engine be installed on two systems with a shared disk system where the database files and logs are located. In the case of failure, the Red Hat Cluster manager will first attempt to restart the Analytics Engine Service on the primary node; if it fails to restart the Analytics Engine Service it will be started on the secondary node.
