Start the Terminal Monitor
The sql command invokes the line-based Terminal Monitor for SQL.
To start the Terminal Monitor
Issue the following command at the command line:
sql dbname
where dbname is the name of the database.
The sql command accepts a variety of flags that define how the DBMS Server and Terminal Monitor operate during your session. For details, see the sql command in the Analytics Engine User Guide.
