Export Query Results to a File
After you run a query and results are displayed at the bottom of the query pane, you may export the results to a file in .csv (comma-separated values), .xlsx (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet), or .json (JSON code) format. Refer to the appropriate section for your cloud platform.
AWS AV-1 and Azure: To export query results to a file
1. Run your query to display the results at the bottom of the query pane (see Run Your Own Queries).
2. In the top row of the results table, click to select the output type you want to export to (.csv, .xlsx, .json):
The Opening dialog appears.
3. Select whether to open or save the file.
4. Click OK.
The file is opened in the selected application or saved to disk in the chosen format.
Google Cloud and AWS AV-2: To export query results to a file
1. Run your query to display the results at the bottom of the query pane (see Run Your Own Queries).
2. In the top right corner of the results pane (or if the results contain a table with multiple statement results), click the Export Results dropdown and select one of these options:
• Download CSV
• Download XLSX
• Download JSON
The Opening dialog appears.
3. Select whether to open or save the file.
4. Click OK.
The file is opened in the selected application or saved to disk in the chosen format.
