Installing on Windows
To install DataCloud Agent on Windows
1. Download the latest DataCloud Agent installer from the Agents tab within the DataCloud Management Console.
2. Log in to Windows as either the Administrator user or a member of the Administrators user group.
3. Right-click on the installer, choose Run as Administrator, and then click Next. The installer file name is agent-2.0.x.x-win64.exe.
4. Click Next to begin the installation.
5. Make changes to the Connection and Shutdown ports if needed.
6. Click Install.
The installer extracts the DataCloud Agent and installs the service.
7. Click Close when the installation is complete.
8. Launch the Agent Settings shortcut on your desktop.
9. Enter your DataCloud credentials and then click Authorize.
After the installation is complete, the agent runs as a Windows service called DataCloudAgent.
Licensing
DataCloud Agent does not require its own license. You will specify a license for each integration from within DataCloud Management Console, which will be transmitted to the agent at run time.
Install Locations
DataCloud Agent installs data in the following locations:

Holds any logging related to the Agent core.
C:\Program Files\Actian\Agent\Application\conf\Agent.properties
Contains configuration information for the Agent core (i.e. logging, locations for API etc).
C:\Program Files\Actian\Agent\AgentInstaller.log
Holds any logging related to the Installation process.
C:\ProgramData\Actian\Agent\EngineData
Holds execution engine logs and other internal data.
C:\ProgramData\Actian\Agent\JobArtifacts
Holds artifacts and files downloaded from the cloud that are to be executed.
C:\ProgramData\Actian\Agent\JobLogs
Staging area for logs before they are uploaded to the DataCloud.
C:\ProgramData\Actian\Agent\License
Location of the license file (automatically loaded from the DataCloud).
