You are working in the Map Editor, and trying to connect to an Oracle database target table. You enter the wrong user ID on the Targets tab. When you finish designing the transformation and click Connect, the following events occur. The Oracle database produces an Oracle error, which is sent to Runtime Engine. Runtime Engine interprets that error and translates it into its return code, in this case, 25531. Map Editor displays a dialog box with the error 25531. Also, the 25531 error is logged to the TransformMap.log file (or its user-defined name).
