Viewing or Editing Document Schema File Properties Using Properties tab
To view or edit the document schema file properties using the Properties tab:
1. In Project Explorer, double-click the .ds.xml file for which you want to view the properties.
The file opens in a separate tab (Schema Viewer).
2. Click the Properties tab at the bottom.
The following properties are displayed. You can edit the required property.
 
Property Name
Description
Schema File Name
Displays the location of the document schema file.
Description
Displays the description that you had provided while creating the document schema file. You can edit this property.
Created by
Displays the user who has created the file. To change the name, type the required name.
Created On
Displays the date and time when the document schema file was created. You cannot edit this property.
Major
Displays the major version number of the file. If you modify this value, the minor version is reset to zero. The major version number cannot be zero.
Minor
Displays the minor version number of the file. Each time you save an artifact, the minor version number of the artifact is incremented by 1. You cannot edit this property.
Title
Displays the title of the file. To change the title name, type the required title.
Subject
Displays the selected file name. To change the subject, type the required subject.
Trading Partner
Displays the name of the trading partner. To change the trading partner, type the required name.
Industry Type
Displays the type of industry. To change the industry type, type the required name.
Last Modified
Displays the date and time when the document was last modified. You cannot edit this property.
