Assigning Fields to Accept Records
After defining the line styles and the fields, you can output the fields in the standard format (schema) that is recognized by a connector in Map Editor. To do this, you must define one or more line styles with Accept Record action. Then, you can assign fields to that Accept Record.
Note:  Fields can also be assigned to Accept Record while browsing the data. If there is a single Accept Record defined, the data browsing feature automatically assigns all the fields to that Accept Record.
To assign fields to Accept Record when defining or editing the data fields:
1. In the Add Field Definition or Edit Field Definition window, go to the Data Collection/Output section.
2. From the Field’s Accept Record drop-down list, select the required Accept Record.
The field is assigned to the selected Accept Record.
To assign fields to multiple Accept Record:
1. From Extract menu, click Edit Accept Records.
The Accept Record Definition dialog box is displayed.
2. From the Accept Record drop-down list, select the Accept Record to which you want to assign the fields.
3. Select the check boxes for the required fields.
4. Click OK.
The selected fields are assigned to the selected Accept Record.
