Cosmos.ini Settings
The cosmos.ini file contains the startup information required to launch the integration products. The DataConnect Studio IDE installer automatically updates this file. On Windows, It is located at C:\ProgramData\Actian\DataConnect\actian-dc-studio-64-bit-11.X.X-XX\. On Linux, it is located at /var/lib/Actian/DataConnect/actian-dc-studio-11.X.X.
The cosmos.ini file contains the following sections:
• [Internal]: Profiling preferences that can be customized.
• [UserInfo]: Information pertaining to users and their system. Some entries can be customized or added to this section.
• [ProductInfo]: Product information that must not be changed.
• [Preferences]: User preference information, including optional customization.
