Browsing Profile Data
In a profile, you can browse the profile data after creating rule for a particular data set to view the data before determining which rule to use or how to set the options. You can browse the profile data by clicking on the Profile tab.
You can use the Browse Data option to:
• Verify if the parts and options are correctly configured
• Determine which rule to use in a profile or how to set parameters of those rule
• Get a quick preview of the data
• Verify if the correct rule is added to filter the PASS_TARGET, FAIL_TARGET, DRILLDOWN_TARGET, and STATS_TARGET according to the specified parameters.
You can click on Source Data tab to view the Source data in table format with column headings as Record Name, Field1, Field2, Field3, and so on. For more information, see Browsing Source Data.
You can click on Target Data tab to view the Target data in table format with column headings as Record Name, Field1, Field2, Field3, and so on. For more information, see Browsing Target Data.
