Copying Workspace-level Macros
You can copy one or more macros from a macro set to another macro set using the drag and drop action.
To copy one or more macro to another macro set:
1. Do any of the following:
Go to Options > Manage Macros.
Go to Options > Preferences. Expand DataConnect and click Macros.
The Preferences window is displayed.
2. In Macro Definition File, click Browse and specify the macro definition file where the changes must be saved.
3. In the Macro Sets section, select the macro set from which you want to copy one or more macros.
4. In Macros section, click the macro that you want to copy and then drag and drop it to the required macro set pressing the CTRL key.
To copy multiple macros, do one of the following:
Press Ctrl, select the macros, and drag and drop it to the required macro set.
Press Shift, select a range of macros, and then press Ctrl, drag and drop it to the required macro set.
The selected macro(s) are copied and appear in the macro set with a numeral increment by 1 appended to the name.
Note:  You must press Ctrl for selecting the macros and for dragging and dropping the macros to another macro set. It creates a copy of the existing macros. If you do not press Ctrl, then the selected macros are moved to another macro set.
5. Click Apply to save the changes.
