Setting Integration Manager Preferences
The Integration Manager connection detail is displayed on the Package and Deploy page and you can configure and manage the connection from here. This connection is listed and selected elsewhere and is used when deploying to Integration Manager (see Deploying Design Artifacts to Integration Manager). You can create a new connection, edit existing connection, and test existing connection.
By default, the Integration Manager powered by Actian DataCloud option is selected. This allows you to connect directly to Integration Manager through Actian DataCloud. The Server URL text box is not editable and the URL to Actian Datacloud is auto-populated. This connection saves the package in the default Actian server after specifying the Username and Password. If you want to save the package in a different location, then add a new connection.
To add a new Integration Manager connection:
1. Go to Options > Preferences.
The Preferences dialog is displayed.
2. In the left-pane, expand DataConnect, and then click Package and Deploy.
3. In the Integration Manager section, clear the Integration Manager powered by Actian DataCloud option and specify the Server URL.
4. Provide the Username and Password to connect to Integration Manager server.
5. Click Test Connection to make sure you can connect to the Integration Manager server.
6. Click Apply and Close.
