Specifying Integration Manager Connection Preferences
To deploy the .djar package to Integration Manager:
1. Go to Options > Preferences > DataConnect > Package and Deploy.
The Package and Deploy options are displayed.
2. In Packaging Options, select the required options:
Store Package in workspace - Select this option to save new packages in the Packages folder for each project. click Browse and specify the location where you want to save the package. The specified location is displayed in the text box. The default location is C:\Users\<username>\Actian\DataConnect\Packages.
Always create external RTC for package - Select this option to always create an external RTC with new packages. The RTC can be used with the client SDK or the -RC engine option.
Always overwrite external RTC file - An external RTC file with package name is created. If overwrite is Off, then a version is added and optionally a timestamp to make each external RTC unique.
3. In the Integration Manager section, do the following:
By default, the Integration Manager powered by Actian DataCloud option is selected. This allows you to connect directly to Integration Manager through Actian DataCloud. The Server URL text box is not editable and the URL to Actian Datacloud is auto-populated.
If you want to connect to your own Integration Manager server, then clear the Integration Manager powered by Actian DataCloud option and specify the Server URL.
Provide the Username and Password to connect to Integration Manager server.
Click Test Connection to make sure you can connect to the Integration Manager server.
4. Click Apply and Close to apply and save the settings.
