Troubleshooting Profile Execution
The troubleshooting feature is available on the Results tab, and it not only provides more information about the error but also suggests options for resolving the error by providing a link to the relevant documentation and community posts.
Note:  There are currently only a subset of runtime errors that are linked into the troubleshooting feature. More will be added over time.
To troubleshoot an execution error:
1. Click the Troubleshoot button that is displayed on the top right of the Results tab.
If there is a troubleshooting information available for the listed error message, the Error status changes into a hyperlink.
Note:  If no troubleshooting information is found than the word Error does not change into a hyperlink.
2. Click the Error link.
A new help panel is automatically displayed. This help panel contains the error code, a list of potential error messages that relate to the error code, problem description, suggested solutions, and related documentation and community links.
3. Perform the troubleshooting steps.
You can leave the help panel open while performing the troubleshooting steps.
4. Close the troubleshooting panel and re-run the profile.
