Adding Records in JSON Schema
To add a record:
1. In the left pane, click All Record Type.
2. Click /download/attachments/25954037/Map_Source_Add_Icon.png?version=1&modificationDate=1493578526312&api=v2 in the right pane.
You can also right-click in the right-pane and click Add Record Type to add a record.
A record is added in the right pane. The following table provides information about the columns.
Column Name
Description
Name
Displays the name of the record. To change the name, click the displayed name and type the new name.
Base Type
Displays the Base data type name.
Description
Provides a brief description about the schema.
Length
Displays the length of the record.
Schema Origin
Displays the connector, metadata connector, and so on using which the schema was created.
Duplicating Records in JSON Schema
To duplicate a record:
1. In the left pane, click All Record Types.
2. In the right pane, select the record to you want to duplicate and click /download/attachments/25954037/Map_Source_Copy_Icon.png?version=1&modificationDate=1493578526312&api=v2.
A copy of the selected record is created.
Deleting Records in JSON Schema
To delete a record:
1. In the left pane, click All Record Types.
2. In the right pane, select one or more records and click /download/attachments/25954037/Map_Mapping_DeleteField_Icon.png?version=1&modificationDate=1493578526202&api=v2.
The selected records are deleted.
Tip...  Press Ctrl to select multiple records or press Shift and select a range of records.
