Sharing a Workspace Project
To share a workspace project:
1. Export the project you want to share (see Exporting Projects and Artifacts as an Archive File).
2. Provide the exported file to the other person.
3. Ask the other person to extract the ZIP file to a location of their choice.
4. Have them import the extracted ZIP folder (see Importing Existing Projects into Workspace).
IMPORTANT!  Ensure that the Copy Project to Workspace option is checked. This will create a new project within their workspace and update all artifact references with the correct paths.
5. After confirming that the import was successful, delete the ZIP file and the extracted folder.
