Specifying Target Connection for Data Profile
On the Target tab, the target and the target schema are pre-configured. However, you can change the file location and the Connector or Connection information for the PASS_TARGET file and FAIL_TARGET file. For more information, see Map Connectors and Setting Up Target Data.
Both pass and fail targets support the following connectors:
ASCII (Delimited)
Unicode (Delimited)
ASCII (Fixed)
Unicode (Fixed)
JDBC
Note:  Only Replace output mode is available for the target Output mode. You can save the results in a database by changing the target connectors for the Pass and Fail targets to use JDBC to write directly to any database that supports JDBC.
Note:  You cannot specify the Properties for DRILLDOWN_TARGET, and STATS_TARGET and they remain disabled.
Note:  You cannot specify the Connector or Connection information for the DRILLDOWN_TARGET, and STATS_TARGET file. However, you can change the file location.
