Downloading DataFlow
You can download DataFlow from the Actian Electronic Software Delivery website. It is available in various file formats such as .zip, .tar.gz, and .rpm, which contain the installation image.
To download DataFlow
1. Go to
Actian ESD and select the product, release number, and platform you want to download.
To download DataFlow for Hadoop, click Actian DataFlowfor Hadoop - yum install link and follow the instruction provided on the ESD download page.
The available DataFlow <version number> editions and any patches are displayed.
2. Click the link for the version you want to download to display information about it.
3. Click HTTP to download the version.
To download, you must have an Actian account. If you do not have Actian account, register to create an account.
4. After downloading the product:
• For a .zip file, extract the archive file contents to the parent directory of your preferred installation location.
• For an .rpm file, at the command prompt, navigate to the location of the downloaded file and run one of the following commands:
rpm -i
rpm -- install <rpm_package_name>
