String Types
These types map to the string token type in DataFlow. The default text type associated with binary tokens is STRING.
Text Type
Description
STRING
A string value represented using the specified string conversion behavior for empty strings and whitespace trimming.
If no behavior is specified, the default setting for the schema is used. Formatting never modifies the value; string conversion settings are ignored for formatting purposes.
