Using clustermgr
The Cluster Manager command line tool is clustermgr. You can use to start and stop cluster daemons, as well as query their current status and configuration.
For an explanation of the various daemons and their roles in a cluster, see
Execution Modes.
Note: For security reasons, we strongly recommend that the daemons be run as a user with few, if any, system privileges. Creating a special user who owns only the installation files and directories and using this user to launch the daemons is a reasonable solution for this.
