To create a new RushScript project, use the DataFlow Scripting project wizard.

From the File menu, select New, and then select Project.... Within the New Project dialog, expand the DataFlow Wizards category and select DataFlow Scripting project. On the next page, give your project a name. If you want your project to include a sample RushScript file and input data, select Include example script and data; otherwise, the project will only contain libraries necessary to run DataFlow scripts and an empty src directory.
