Creating Primary Keys, Foreign Key Constraints, and Indexes for Actian Vector Tables
Creating an index, foreign key constraint or primary key on a table in versions of Actian Vector prior to 3.0 can only be done if the table is newly created and has not been filled with data. The options for these areas of functionality in context menus are disabled.
Note:  With Actian Vector 3.0, you can create indexes and constraints on both empty and non-empty tables.
