Deleting Tables
You may delete user tables from the Instance Explorer installation tree. You cannot delete system tables.
Before you can delete a table:
• An installation must be connected to.
• A user table node must be selected in the Instance Explorer.
You can delete a table in the following ways:
• From the Instance Explorer context menu of table node: Delete
• From the main menu:
Database, Table, Delete Table (see
Database Tab)
If any errors occur when deleting a table (due to, for example, dependent objects that cannot currently be managed in Director), an error dialog is displayed.
