iigwcat Utility (Windows Only)
The GUI-based Gateway Catalog Utility (iigwcat) can be used instead of the command line, DBMS-specific utilities (iigwcatmss, iigwcatora, and iigwcatudb) to perform the following actions:
Create/upgrade standard and extended catalogs
Upgrade standard catalogs and reset extended catalogs
Destroy all catalogs
The following additional action can be performed for the MS SQL Server gateway:
Upgrade standard and extended catalogs and migrate OpenROAD catalogs
You are strongly encouraged to back up the database prior to running the iigwcat utility.
The progress of the upgrade and additional status information are indicated in the Trace Log window; details are written to the iigwcat.log file.
The iigwcat utility requires the gateway to be active (running); the gateway catalog DBMS-specific utilities (iigwcatxxx) do not, as they are written as native DBMS applications.
Note:  The iigwcat utility allows you to set values for Money mapping and Oracle Number mapping.
