Installation Locations
The values for the following Ingres variables are established at the time of installation:
• II_SYSTEM
• II_DATABASE
• II_CHECKPOINT
• II_JOURNAL
• II_DUMP
• II_WORK
• II_TEMPLATE
• ING_ABFDIR
Some of these values can be easily changed, and some require unloading of the installation.
