Terminal Monitor Commands
The following Terminal Monitor commands are added:
• \redirect redirects row output to a specified file.
• \vertical enables vertical output.
• \colformat specifies a column name and its format to be used in subsequent result sets.
• \showcf displays defined column name/format pairs.
