User Operations on Append frames
Append frames let users add new records to Master and Detail tables. The following table describes the operations that users can perform on Append frames and the corresponding menu items that Vision generates:

Visual Query Specification
Add new records to Master and Detail tables and save them to the database
Save
By default
Open a blank row in the Detail table, to add new data
RowInsert
By default, if the frame definition includes a Detail table
Delete a new row in the Detail table, rather than saving it to the database
RowDelete
By default, if the frame definition includes a Detail table
Append frames also contain the menu items described in Additional Generated Menu Operations.
