Configure AES Encryption (JDBC and .NET)

JDBC and .NET connect to a Data Access Server (DAS). The encryption, if enabled, is always AES. By default, the DAS inbound encryption mode is set to ON. In CBF, the following are the parameters:

• On the server: Data Access Server, ib_encrypt_mode = on
