If you delete the license file from the location /etc/opt/Actian/integrationmanager/license and then run a job from Integration Manager, the job fails and reports in the log file that the license file is missing. Log out and log back in to upload the new license. Alternatively, you can copy the license to /etc/opt/Actian/integrationmanager/license.

If you want to update the license file name or location, you must update the license file path entry in the cosmos.ini file. The cosmos.ini file and application.properties file are located here:
