The FileHandle attribute contains a file name. When you set the FileHandle attribute, the file is read. If the file is an icon file, the Count attribute contains the number of icons in the file, and ErrorStatus is ER_OK. Error Codes.) If the file is not an icon file, Count is set to zero and ErrorStatus contains an error number.
