4GL Access: RW

The User1Bias attribute specifies the bias setting for the menu item when the CurMode attribute of the frame is set to FM_USER1.

OpenROAD enforces this setting when CurMode is set to FM_USER1. If you change this attribute when CurMode is not FM_USER1, the new setting is not enforced until you change CurMode to FM_USER1.

Valid values are the same as for the AllBias Attribute.
