4GL Access: RW

The User3Bias attribute specifies the bias setting for the menu item when the CurMode attribute for the frame is set to FM_USER3.

OpenROAD enforces this attribute when CurMode is FM_USER3. If you change this attribute when CurMode is not FM_USER3, the new setting does not take effect until you change CurMode to FM_USER3.

Valid values are the same as for the AllBias Attribute.
