The following conventions are used for user input:
Literal information (text that the user must enter exactly as shown) is shown in boldface:
Insert the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive and type
d:\install.
Placeholder text (variable information a user must enter) is denoted by a bold and italic typeface:
Enter login username.
