The WidgetID attribute represents the frame window's handle for the highest-level Windows control associated with the frame.

The OpenROAD application provides the WidgetID (window handle) of all objects on a frame with the widget ID of the frame itself.

This attribute contains zero if the frame does not currently have a control.
