4GL Access: RW

The WindowXLeft attribute specifies the left coordinate of the window for a frame.

If you set this attribute, the window moves to the specified position. If you access this attribute, the value represents the current position of window. The values are in 1000ths of an inch and, depending on the setting of the WindowPlacement attribute, are relative to either the left side of the screen or the left side of the parent frame.
