WriteElement Method
WriteElement is a low-level method that writes an XMLElement including all its children to the file previously opened by WriteStartDocument().
This method has the following syntax:
integer = XMLDocument.WriteElement(element = XMLElement)
This method has the following parameter:
element
(Required) Specifies the XML element to write
If the method is successful, it returns ER_OK; otherwise, it returns ER_FAIL. Descriptions of system constant values and their numeric equivalents are listed in
