FrameSource.IsMaximized Attribute
The FrameSource system class has a new attribute, IsMaximized. It specifies the initial state that a frame should be instantiated in at runtime. Valid values include:
TRUE
Specifies that the frame should be displayed as maximized
FALSE
Specifies that the frame should be displayed as not maximized
