Previous to OpenROAD 2006, creating Service Call Procedures (SCPs) and SCP metadata were options that a developer could specify when running the MakeImage utility from within the interactive OpenROAD Workbench IDE. There was no provision for specifying these OpenROAD Server-related options from the command-line version of the MakeImage utility.

This release adds new command-line options to MakeImage that allow the creation of SCPs and SCP metadata.
