New Fields on Select a Database Table Dialog
The Database and Table or View fields on the Select a Database Table dialog now have a white background to indicate they are editable.
The following new fields are added:
• Trim prefix from names
• Capitalize (no underscores)
• Cascade attribute creation
Advanced options:
• Create simple attributes only
• Write referential joins to file
• Use supplied joins
• Reload from file
