IMPORTANT!  It is critical that you perform the pre-testing described in Build and Test the Application Under OpenROAD 6.0—“Any problems encountered must be corrected or documented as being outside the scope of the upgrade before you continue”—before doing the upgrade, so that you can isolate genuine upgrade issues and investigate them.
