Uninstalling the Previous Version OpenROAD and Installing the New Version
You can uninstall your previous version of OpenROAD and install the latest version.
The OpenROAD 6.2 installer can detect a previous version of OpenROAD (5.1 or 6.0) and uninstall it before beginning installation of OpenROAD 6.2. The OpenROAD 6.2 installer will ignore any OpenROAD 4.1 instances when starting the installation process.
If you want to compare the previous version of OpenROAD with OpenROAD 6.2 side by side, you can install OpenROAD 6.2 in a separate Ingres instance.
