Because Windows Phone 7 and 8 are completely new operating systems no longer based on Windows CE, OpenROAD mClient is unable to run on any emulators or devices that are based on Windows Phone 7 or 8.

The mClient was deprecated in OpenROAD 6.0.1 and is removed in OpenROAD 6.2. References to mClient were removed from the documentation.
