Use of JSON File Instead of Windows Registry for Storing OpenROAD Server Configuration Information
The OpenROAD Server processes (orspo, oraso) and 4GL applications (Name Server, VOSA, asreg) now use a configuration file in JSON format (%II_SYSTEM%\ingres\files\orserver.json) instead of the Windows Registry to store configuration information for the Server Pooler (SPO) and registered applications.
When upgrading from a previous OpenROAD installation, existing Windows registry information will be used to create the orserver.json file.
