Intended Audience
Because the OpenROAD Server is intended for developers who want to create applications, to use the Java interface you should:
• Be proficient in the Java programming language and whatever Java environment you are using
• Have a basic conceptual understanding of the COM interface provided by the OpenROAD Server, because the Java interface is simply a layer on top of the COM interface
