Intended Audience
Because the OpenROAD Server is intended for developers who want to create applications, to use the .NET interface you should:
• Be proficient in some .NET programming language and the ASP.NET environment
• Have a basic conceptual understanding of the COM interface that the OpenROAD Server provides, because the .NET interface is simply a layer on top of the COM interface
