Test the Loadnrun Client or Server
Assuming that all options were selected during installation, Loadnrun 11.1 installs the following shortcuts under the Windows Start menu, All Programs, Actian LNR 11.1:
• Launcher
• Demos
– Comtestclient Utility
– Connect Demo
– Connect Example 2
– Httptest Utility
– Intertask1
– Intertask2
– Jigfall
– Minesweeper
– Query_Tool
• Resources
– Command Window
– Config
– Network Utility
– Uninstall Loadnrun 11.1
You may use the Launcher shortcut to start the Loadnrun Simple Launcher demo application.
To test the Loadnrun Client or Server
1. Open a command window and enter the following command:
set II_LOADNRUN11
Four environment variables should be displayed:
• II_LOADNRUN11_CMD=C:\Program Files \Actian\OpenROAD\Loadnrun11\bin\Loadnrun11.bat
• II_LOADNRUN11_GATEWAY=http://hostname:8080/openroad/gatekeeper
• II_LOADNRUN11_ROOT=C:\Program Files\Actian\OpenROAD\Loadnrun11\
• II_LOADNRUN11_W4GLAPPS_DIR=C:\Program Files \Actian\OpenROAD\Loadnrun11\bin\
Note: If any of these environment variables are not defined, reboot your system. Afterward, these variables will appear.
2. When all four environment variables from the previous step appear in the command window, enter the following command:
"%II_LOADNRUN11_CMD%"
When you press Enter, the following output is displayed:
