On IBM z/OS mainframes, EDBC (a separate product) provides the same level of access to native VSAM, DB2, CICS/VSAM, IMS, Advantage CA-IDMS/DB Database, and Advantage CA-Datacom/DB Database to enable you to access data from anywhere.
